Call  of duty is one of those franchise which the whole world want to play but infinity ward did little with bugs fixes and the game requirements is hiked,those gamers  who don't have minimum hardware won't be able to run the game.

After downloading this file. extract it and paste all the files in you Call of duty ghost folder.
This will resolve the RAM problem.

Extract the files
>run DXCPL >select Edit List> Add Call of duty ghost.exe or it would be named
iw6sp64_ship.exe>In feature level limit set it to 11_1 >Tick FORCE WARP >click ok.

And now run the game .This will run the game but the framerate will be low and it won't be much of a fun.
If this does'nt resolve this issue than you just have to buy GPU that supports dirextx11..

If you are having any other issues you just have to update you drivers to the latest version..
